2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use SiteEngine AI for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Gumroad, our secure payment processor. Gumroad handles all payment processing and compliance on our behalf. Token purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which provides a minimum 14-day refund window. Unused tokens remain in your account and do not expire. Tokens are consumed when visitors interact with your AI chat widget.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Spam or harass others
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SiteEngine AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SiteEngine AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteEngine AI from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
