Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit https://siteengineai.com/register or click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation
2. Fill in your registration form with:
   • Name: Your full name
   • Email: Your email address (this is important - use the same email when purchasing tokens on Gumroad)
   • Password: A strong password (at least 8 characters)
3. Click "Register" to create your account

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After registration, you'll receive a welcome email. You can start using the platform immediately - no email verification required!

warning Important: Email Address

Use the same email address that you use to register on our platform when making purchases on Gumroad. This ensures that your purchased tokens are automatically credited to your account.

For example, if you register with john@example.com, make sure to use john@example.com when purchasing tokens on Gumroad.

Step 1: Create a Site

1. Log in to your dashboard at https://siteengineai.com/login
2. Click on "Sites" in the navigation menu
3. Click the "Create New Site" button
4. Fill in the site information:
   • Site Name: A name to identify your site (e.g., "My Company Website")
   • Domain: Your website's domain (e.g., "example.com" or "www.example.com")
   • Description: Optional description of your site
5. Click "Create Site"

Step 2: Get Your Embed Code

1. After creating your site, you'll see it in your sites list
2. Click on your site to view its details
3. You'll find a unique embed code (script tag) for your site
4. Copy this code - it looks like this:

   <script src="https://siteengineai.com/embed/chat.js" defer></script>

   Note: The embed code always uses https://siteengineai.com as the source. This is correct and will work for all websites.

5. Note: The widget automatically detects your website's domain. Make sure the domain you entered when creating the site matches your actual website URL.

Step 3: Add Code to Your Website

1. Open your website's HTML files
2. Paste the embed code just before the closing </body> tag on every page where you want the chat widget to appear
3. Save your files and upload them to your server
4. The chat widget will appear automatically on your website!

Tip: If you use a content management system (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), you can usually add this code through your theme's header/footer settings or using a plugin.

settings Customize Your Widget

You can customize your chat widget to match your brand:

• Change the chat button icon and color
• Customize the welcome message
• Set placeholder text for the input field
• Enable/disable multi-language support
• And much more!

All customization options are available in your site settings in the dashboard.

Step 4: Train Your AI

To make your AI chat widget intelligent, you need to provide it with content about your website:

1. Manual Content Addition: Go to your site settings and add content manually (articles, documentation, FAQs, etc.)
2. Automatic Sync: Use the sync feature to automatically fetch content from your website's pages
3. The system will create a vector database from your content
4. The AI will use this database to answer questions from your visitors

Step 1: Choose a Token Package

1. Log in to your dashboard at https://siteengineai.com/login
2. Go to the "Tokens" section
3. Browse available token packages
4. Choose the package that best fits your needs

CRITICAL: You must use the exact same email address that you used to register on our platform.

Why is this important? Our system automatically credits tokens to your account based on the email address from your Gumroad purchase. If the emails don't match, the tokens won't be credited automatically, and you'll need to contact support.

Step 2: Purchase on Gumroad

1. Click the "Purchase on Gumroad" button for your chosen package
2. You'll be redirected to Gumroad's secure checkout page
3. Fill in your information:
   • Email: Use the SAME email as your SiteEngine AI account
   • Payment Method: Credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods
4. Complete your purchase

After your purchase is complete:

1. Gumroad will send a webhook notification to our system
2. Our system verifies your purchase through Gumroad's API
3. Tokens are automatically credited to your account (usually within seconds)
4. You'll see the updated token balance in your dashboard

No manual action required! The entire process is automated.

Step 3: Verify Your Purchase

1. Return to your SiteEngine AI dashboard at https://siteengineai.com/dashboard
2. Go to the "Tokens" section
3. Check your token balance - it should be updated automatically
4. You can also view your payment history in the dashboard

help Troubleshooting

Tokens not credited automatically?

• Check that you used the correct email address on Gumroad
• Wait a few minutes - sometimes there's a slight delay
• Check your spam folder for any emails from Gumroad
• If tokens still aren't credited after 10 minutes, contact our support team with your Gumroad purchase receipt

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad, a trusted payment processor. We never store your credit card information. Gumroad handles all payment processing, ensuring your financial data is protected with industry-standard security measures.

Data Privacy

Your website's content and chat conversations are stored in isolated databases. Each site has its own separate vector database, ensuring your data is private and secure. We never share your data with third parties.
